Doug Barrow is the Founder and President of HP Hospitality Group with over 25 years in the industry. His early career included operations roles at Hyatt, Marriott, and Starwood Hotels, with deep expertise in independent collections and distressed property turnarounds.
Doug was recognized as Orlando Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40 in 2014. He serves on the Central Florida Hotel Lodging Associations' political action committee board.
He leads HP with the same hands-on, relationship-first approach that defines the team's work, building a small group with big ideas, competitive results, and a process built on integrity, follow-through, and transparency.
