At HP Hospitality we believe that the future of the hospitality industry is changing. The way the Millenials and Baby Boomers think of travel is shifting from branded box hotels to environments that are more personalized to the region, allow for unique stays, unique experiences and get back to the core human value of interaction and the emotional sense of satisfaction that comes from it.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We purposefully seek properties that range in size from 10 rooms to 30 rooms in unique destination markets and deploy a geographical purchase plan that allows for synergies to transpire. Our team develops the plan and then executes on that plan and leads all phases.
OUR ADVANTAGE
Our investment plan allows investors to have multiple financial points of entry, limit the risk of a single investment property and take advantage of a lower per key purchase cost than the much larger hotels. Our goal is 4-5 properties and a minimum of 80 rooms in a geographical region under one umbrella with one investment group solely applicable to that region, but not limited to all of our assets’ synergy.
